Smoky Chili Braised Beef and Sweet Potato Mash

Bite-sized chunks of beef are rendered fork-tender after cooking low and slow in a richly seasoned smoky tomato sauce. Served with mashed sweet potatoes – definitely a little Tex-Mex influenced and seriously, lick-the-plate-clean delicious!
 
Ingredients:
Chuck beef, chili powder, smoked paprika, chipotle, oregano, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, onion, garlic, tomato paste, beef stock, tomato sauce, green onions.
 
Sweet Potato Mash:
Yams, brown sugar, butter, salt.
