Full Service Catering
Our full-service catering experience is designed to provide a seamless, elevated event from start to finish. Our team handles every detail—including menu preparation, delivery, professional
on-site staff to setup your buffet with chafers, fuel, service ware, elegant linens, and decor, and complete cleanup afterwards—so you can relax and fully enjoy your meeting or event.
A 20% service fee is applied to all full-service catering. This fee supports our experienced service team, event coordination, setup and breakdown, and the behind-the-scenes care that ensures exceptional execution. This is not a gratuity.
Drop & Go Catering
Enjoy the convenience of catering made simple—with the quality Fireside is known for. Our Drop & Go service features freshly prepared meals delivered hot and ready to enjoy, packaged in elevated individual containers designed to preserve flavor, temperature, and presentation.
Our smart packaging ensures each item travels beautifully and arrives ready to serve—no additional prep required. This option is ideal for business meetings, team lunches, and relaxed events where you want exceptional food without the full-service catering.
With guest counts over 100 - Fireside Catering Co. requires a deposit in order to secure your event date. It is 50% of your invoice total or $500, whichever is less to hold the date. The deposit will be applied towards your final bill which is due, in full, one week before your event. If you need to cancel your catering order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and our team will work with you to find a solution that best fits your needs. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
less than 1 month prior to your event.
