Chicken Schwarma Rice Bowls

This incredibly tasty chicken shawarma rice bowl is going to transport you to the Middle East. Exotic Middle Eastern spiced chicken thighs over Lebanese rice pilaf served with fresh vegetables and a garlic yogurt sauce.  One of my all-time favorite dishes!
 
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, yogurt, garlic, basmati rice, vermicelli, parsley.
